The main solution we use is a biodegradable algaecide that is specially formulated for the pressure washing industry. It does most of the work in removing the algae and mold from the surfaces of the home. The solution is combined with water and a surface-active agent that helps reduce surface tension of the dirty surface to completely renew the exterior surface of the property.
Our machinery, consist of a heavy-duty, commercial-grade pressure washer that is the powerhouse for rinsing off large areas of algae, dirt, and mold. Next up, is our surface cleaner that covers the proper area to quickly and effectively wash the driveway and walkway. Finally, we use a 12-volt pump with the SoftWash hose that allows the liquid solutions to effectively flow with gentle pressure, which is used in the soft wash method. With all these components working strongly with the knowledge and techniques we have obtained. We believe we have the capability to maintain an orderly foundation of cleanliness to your home!
